Batery Rules and Regulations in India

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the official Batery website and mobile application in India. By accessing or completing registration, you agree to read and follow the legal rules in this page. The requirements apply to all users located in India, subject to State and Union Territory laws where betting or placing bets is not allowed. The platform follows Indian law on payments, data protection, and consumer rights. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

General Terms

Agreement to these terms

  • By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the responsible gambling rules, and any event or market specific rules.
  • Updates may be issued to comply with law or improve service. Material changes will be notified through the site or app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility and location

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use online betting services under Indian law and the laws of your State or Union Territory.
  • You must not place a bet from any location that prohibits online betting. This includes, without limitation, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and any other jurisdiction that restricts such services. The list of restricted locations may change; checks can occur on registration and during use.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and for any taxes on winnings as per the Income Tax Act and related rules.

Registration and account integrity

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts, name lending, or use of another person’s identity is not allowed.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Identity checks (KYC) may be required at registration, before withdrawals, and at any time later.
  • Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless the platform confirms account compromise was due to its security failure.

Proper platform use

  • The services are for personal entertainment. Commercial use, syndicate betting, arbitrage using multiple accounts, scraping, automated scripts, and any attempt to manipulate odds or markets are prohibited.
  • Collusion, match fixing, use of inside information, or betting on an event in which you can influence the outcome is not allowed.

Content and intellectual property

  • All software, data, odds, logos, text, and media are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the services for lawful personal use.
  • You must not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer platform content or systems.

Service availability and changes

  • Markets, events, odds, and bonuses may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time to manage risk or comply with legal requirements.
  • The company may refuse, limit, or close an account to manage integrity risk, suspected breach, or legal obligation.

Liability limitation

  • The services are provided on an “as is” basis subject to your statutory rights under Indian law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to your use will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of the settled bet giving rise to the issue, or (b) the fees you paid in the 90 days before the claim.
  • The company is not responsible for telecom failures, banking network delays, third party outages, or errors outside its reasonable control.

Governing terms and disputes

  • These terms apply to India users and must be read together with market rules and policy documents available in the app or site.
  • Mandatory Indian laws on consumer protection, data, and anti-money laundering apply. Where a different governing law is stated in the legal imprint, that will apply to the contract to the extent it does not reduce your non-derogable rights under Indian law.

General Betting Rules

Who may place a bet

  • Only verified users who completed registration and KYC, are 18+, and are not located in a restricted jurisdiction may place bets.
  • Employees, contractors, or partners who have access to non-public market information may not bet on related markets.

Bet acceptance and records

  • A bet is accepted only after confirmation appears in your bet slip and a unique reference number is generated. Pending or “processing” status is not accepted.
  • Markets may be suspended or closed at any time. Bets submitted after an event has started will be treated under live betting rules if offered, or voided if the market is pre-match only.

Minimums, maximums, and odds

  • Minimum and maximum bet amounts and payout caps are displayed in the bet slip and may differ by sport, event, market, and user risk profile.
  • Odds are subject to change until acceptance. If odds change during placement, you will be prompted to accept the new odds or cancel.

Settlement and results

  • Bets are settled based on official results published by the event organiser or relevant governing body. If multiple sources conflict, the operator will select the most authoritative source available.
  • Overtime and extra time rules depend on market definition. Read market descriptions before placing a bet.
  • Post-event corrections are not considered unless the market rules say otherwise.

Voids, cancellations, and palpable error

  • A bet may be voided if: the event is postponed for more than the period stated in market rules, markets were offered in material error, or an obvious pricing mistake occurred.
  • In the case of palpable error, settlement may be adjusted to the correct odds at the time the bet should have been accepted, or the bet may be voided.

Cash out and edits

  • Cash out or edit features are not guaranteed. Availability depends on the event, market liquidity, and technical conditions.

Restrictions and responsible limits

  • The operator may restrict markets, stake sizes, or the number of bets to protect integrity, manage risk, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Bonus bets and free bet tokens are governed by specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, expiry, and market exclusions. Bonuses do not change settlement rules and do not guarantee profit.

Payment Rules

Deposits

  • Accepted methods for India may include UPI, NetBanking, IMPS, NEFT, bank cards, and approved wallets. Available options are shown in the cashier.
  • The account currency for India is INR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed per method in the cashier.
  • Fees charged by payment providers may apply. The platform does not add a fee for standard deposits.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible, to an instrument in your name. Additional KYC checks may be required.
  • Typical processing time after approval is 24 to 72 hours, subject to banking hours and provider networks. Delays can occur due to third party checks or AML reviews.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Limits may change by method, verification status, and recent activity.

Verification and security

  • Before any withdrawal, you may need to submit identity and address documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds where required by AML rules.
  • The operator may split transactions, request a video KYC call, or apply cooling off periods to protect your account.

Restrictions, reversals, and chargebacks

  • Third party payments are not allowed. Deposits from business accounts or instruments not in your name may be reversed.
